Zynkra uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Uygulamayı kullanmayın.

By using the Zynkra app (the “App”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Uygunluk

1. Eligibility

Uygulamayı kullanmak için en az 17 yaşında olmalısınız. Hesabınızın güvenliğinden ve hesabınız altında gerçekleşen etkinliklerden siz sorumlusunuz.

You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. You are responsible for your account’s security and for activity that occurs under it.

2.1. Uygunsuz İçeriğe Sıfır Tolerans

2.1. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

Uygunsuz içeriğe ve kötüye kullanan kullanıcılara sıfır tolerans gösteririz. Bildirilen içerik ve davranışlar incelenir; gerektiğinde içerik 24 saat içinde kaldırılır ve ilgili kullanıcının erişimi engellenir veya hesabı kapatılır. Her kullanıcı, uygulama içinden içeriği ya da bir kullanıcıyı bildirebilir (report) ve diğer kullanıcıları engelleyebilir (block). Bu uygulamada uygunsuz içeriğe, tacize ve zorbalığa yer yoktur.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Reported content and behavior are reviewed; where warranted, content is removed within 24 hours and the offending user is blocked or has their account terminated. Every user can report content or a user, and block other users, from within the app. There is no place for objectionable content, harassment, or bullying on this platform.

Paylaştığınız içerikten yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz. İçeriğinizin sahibi sizsiniz; ancak Uygulamayı çalıştırabilmemiz için bu içeriği barındırmak ve göstermek üzere bize sınırlı bir kullanım izni vermiş olursunuz. Kurallara aykırı içeriği kaldırma hakkımız saklıdır.

You are solely responsible for the content you share. You own your content; however, you grant us a limited license to host and display it so we can operate the App. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules.

4. Premium ve Satın Almalar

4. Premium & Purchases

Zynkra, premium abonelik ve uygulama içi ürünler sunabilir. Ödemeler Apple App Store üzerinden işlenir ve Apple’ın kurallarına tabidir. Abonelikler, satın alma süresinin sonunda otomatik yenilenir; yenilemeyi App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan kapatabilirsiniz. İadeler Apple’ın iade politikasına tabidir.

Zynkra may offer premium subscriptions and in-app products. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s rules. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period; you can turn off renewal in your App Store account settings. Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policy.

5. Hizmetin Sunumu

Uygulamayı “olduğu gibi” sunarız. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağına dair garanti vermeyiz. Özellikleri zaman zaman değiştirebilir, ekleyebilir veya kaldırabiliriz.

We provide the App “as is.” We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add, or remove features from time to time.

Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı veya arızi zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Hesabın Sonlandırılması

Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz. Şartların ihlali hâlinde hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.

You can delete your account at any time from within the App. We may suspend or terminate your account in case of a violation of these terms.

Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu adreste yayınlanır; önemli değişikliklerde sizi bilgilendiririz.

We may update these terms. The current version is always published at this address; we will notify you of significant changes.
